Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Planner to join our Fit Out & Interiors team based out of London/Southeast. As a Strategic Planning Specialist, you will provide effective and professional planning and programming services for pre-contract and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor a balanced suite of performance measurement criteria throughout a project's lifecycle.
  • Ensure proper integration of design and procurement elements of programmes with operations.
  • Produce integrated tender programme and method statement and present proposals to settlement meeting.
  • Manage changes effectively, reviewing programme impact and advising on EOT issues.
  • Analyse quotes for all time-related preliminaries and produce schedules accordingly.

About You

You will have experience working as a Planner within a similar business, knowledge of commonly used construction contracts, and awareness of various performance measurement techniques like Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Analysis, and Key Performance Indicators. Familiarity with Asta Power Project would be beneficial.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be an excellent communicator at all levels, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Organised and self-motivated, you'll manage your workload, time, and priorities to achieve desired outputs.

Membership of CIOB would be advantageous, and you should be willing to work in London/Southeast.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
