Job Title: Acquisition Finance Specialist

Crédit Agricole Group is seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Finance Specialist to join our EMEA Power team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing structured finance solutions for clients and core prospects in the EMEA regions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in the origination and analysis of new transactions, including assessment of economic rationale, terms of contracts, risk allocation, and mitigating factors.
  2. Carry out financial analysis, financial modeling, and support of junior modellers.
  3. Analyse project contracts, term sheets, and documentation.
  4. Coordinate financial modeling aspects for project financings with juniors and create and run financial models.
  5. Participate in marketing efforts, sectorial research, and other commercial or administrative duties as assigned.
  6. Engage in client-facing work related to transactions.
  7. Maintain close contact with other departments of the bank to maximize cross-selling activities.
Requirements:
  1. Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
  2. Ensure knowledge is maintained to be fully qualified to undertake the role.
