Job Title:

Acquisition Finance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Finance Specialist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing project contracts, term sheets, and documentation, as well as coordinating financial modeling aspects for project financings with juniors and creating and running financial models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project contracts, term sheets, and documentation
  • Coordinate financial modeling aspects for project financings with juniors
  • Create and run financial models
  • Participate in marketing efforts and sectorial research
  • Be a close contact point with other departments of the bank to maximize cross-selling activities
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Project Finance
  • Experience of risk analysis and cashflow modeling
  • FCA exam CP8
