The Specialist Solution Consulting Team at ServiceNow is seeking a skilled IT Asset Management Solution Consultant to support our Technology Workflows product sales. As a member of this team, you will have a significant impact on our future success by driving innovative business solutions for our customers.
The Role:
As an IT Asset Management Solution Consultant, you will partner with sales, solution consulting, and the ServiceNow ecosystem to drive effective sales cycles and help customers achieve success through identification of their business needs and the associated business value. You will translate technical capabilities into business benefits and gather customer feedback for future product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers and prospects on the ServiceNow ITAM suite to solve business issues and technical problems.
- Inspire with an innovative mindset and provide guidance on the future of our ITAM solutions.
- Take a leading role in creation and sharing of best practices and content to educate colleagues and help customers realize value faster.
- Qualify, scope, plan, and deliver customer-facing activities such as presentations, demos, and proof of concepts.
- Promote and educate about ServiceNow technology and industry trends through public, customer, and marketing events.
- Be the voice of the customer and provide feedback to help product management and engineering teams shape the roadmap and better help our customers.
- Be the go-to person in the area of focus for market trends and competitive analysis with special skills on differentiation for our ITAM solutions.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of presales solution consulting and/or solution engineering background in Software, Cloud, and Platform domains with understanding and hands-on experience with related tools and processes.
- Deep understanding of the Asset Management market and current trends.
- Experience working with Software License Compliance & Asset Onboarding and Offboarding processes, Contract and Renewal Management, Licensing Terms and Conditions, and Major Publishers.
- Lifelong learner passion about building trustful business relationships.
- Great communication and presentation skills including technical and business concepts.
- Experience driving technical activities in complex organizations managing change and multiple stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Experience with discovery, inventory, and client distribution technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and experience working with diverse teams.
