About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our UGG team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Manage the order book, ensuring accurate and timely order placement, management, and shipment.
  3. Develop a close working relationship with Account Managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Oversee orders from start to finish, anticipating and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  1. Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative, with a strong background in customer service and communication.
  2. Fluency in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft applications, with experience in order management and customer service software.
