Primary Care Network Administrator

Job Description
Bridlington Primary Care Network is looking for an experienced Data Administrator to support our team in delivering high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, with a background in healthcare or social care. Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating care and support for patients, including the frail, elderly, and those with long-term conditions.
- Working closely with GPs and primary care professionals to identify and manage patient caseloads.
- Implementing effective systems and training across practices.
- Designing efficient templates, protocols, alerts, and IT tools to support patient care and quality record-keeping.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
