Bridlington Primary Care Network (PCN) is looking for an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the PCN management with conducting searches on data cohorts and helping to meet Impact and Investment Fund (IIF) indicators and Enhanced Service workstream targets.

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a forward-thinking network comprising 2 practices with a total patient population of 42,000.

We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the PCN management in conducting searches on data cohorts and meeting IIF and Enhanced Service targets.
  2. Update IT systems to meet changing service specifications, ensuring seamless integration.
  3. Collaborate with practices to share best practice, identify information needs, and implement effective systems and training.
  4. Work with GPs and primary care professionals to manage patient caseloads and deliver personalised care.
  5. Utilise population health intelligence to proactively identify and work with cohorts of patients.
  6. Design and implement efficient templates, protocols, and IT tools to support patient care and quality record-keeping.
