Job Role

  • You will work as a key member of our team, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health in their daily lives.
  • Your primary focus will be on enabling individuals to flourish in their homes, empowering them to set and achieve their goals.
  • You will provide tailored support, engaging in activities such as cooking, art, and music, while also assisting with medication, shopping, and health needs.
  • As part of our commitment to excellence, you will follow our established procedures to ensure consistent, safe, and reliable care and support.

Essential Skills

  • A good general education

Salary and Benefits

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • RQF Level 2 or above in social care
  • Previous experience within a social care setting
  • Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks
  • A confident IT user
