About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join our team at Bannatyne Group. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for leading a team of Spa Therapists, providing exceptional service to our clients, and promoting our spa services and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Mentor Junior Spa Therapists: Provide guidance, support, and training to junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Provide High-Quality Spa Treatments: Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures, tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients.
  • Liaise with the Spa Manager: Work closely with the Spa Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the spa, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and promoting spa services and products.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with our clients, encouraging repeat visits and referrals through exceptional service and personalized consultations.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update your skills and knowledge to ensure you are providing the latest and most effective spa treatments and services.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification: Hold a recognized qualification in beauty therapy, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the industry.
  • Proven Experience as a Spa Therapist: Have a proven track record of delivering exceptional spa treatments and services, with a strong understanding of client needs and expectations.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Passion for Health, Wellness, and Customer Service: Demonstrate a genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
