About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team as a Senior Spa Therapist at Bannatyne Group. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Junior Spa Therapists, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Mentor Junior Spa Therapists: Provide guidance, support, and training to Junior Spa Therapists to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Experience: Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures, tailored to meet guests' individual needs.
  • Liaise with Spa Manager: Collaborate with the Spa Manager to ensure seamless operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and promote spa services and products.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits and referrals through exceptional service and personalized consultations.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell spa services and products to maximize revenue and meet targets.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification: Possess a recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy, demonstrating a strong foundation in spa treatments and customer service.
  • Proven Experience as a Spa Therapist: Showcase a minimum of [X] years of experience as a Spa Therapist, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading teams.
