Job Title: Spa Beauty Therapist

Location: Wildmoor

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 32 hours per week

Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour + weekend rates

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team at Bannatyne Health Club. As a Spa Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures.
  • Provide professional, high-quality service to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and proper use of spa equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
  • Assist in promoting spa services, special offers, and products to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
