Job Title: Senior Spa Beauty Therapist

At Bannatyne Health Club, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Spa Beauty Therapist to join our team. As a Senior Spa Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for leading a team of spa therapists, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our guests have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of spa therapists to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality treatments.
  • Provide a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures, tailored to meet guests' individual needs.
  • Liaise with the Spa Manager to ensure that the spa is running smoothly and that all guests are satisfied with their experience.
  • Ensure that all spa equipment is properly maintained and that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
  • Assist in promoting spa services, special offers, and products to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Spa Therapist.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.
