MAC Cosmetics Retail Artist Opportunity

Job Summary:

As a MAC Cosmetics Retail Artist, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a personalized and engaging experience, showcasing our products and services in a professional and artistic manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Sales: Provide exceptional customer service, listening to their needs and making recommendations to meet their expectations.
  • Team Work: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Maintaining Work Environment: Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Administrative Assistance: Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in makeup artistry or retail sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
