Job Summary

M·A·C is a leading professional makeup authority seeking a talented Retail Artist to join our team. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience, and showcasing M·A·C products to customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized customer service, educating and inspiring customers to achieve their makeup goals.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of M·A·C products, including ingredients, benefits, and applications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging in-store events and visual merchandising displays.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective product demonstrations and recommendations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest makeup trends and techniques.

Requirements

  • Passion for makeup and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
