About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned retail professional with a proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with our team of Retail Artists to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Retail Artists
- Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales and customer service
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
- Coach and inspire team members to exceed their KPIs
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to discuss availability and work-life balance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven retail management experience in the beauty or fast-paced retail industry
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days and hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
