About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Retail Artist to join our team at MAC Cosmetics in Belfast. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales, while maintaining a high level of artistic ability and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and professional service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming and interactive experience.
  • Suggest and recommend products and services to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Perform makeup applications and demonstrations to achieve the desired look.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and company objectives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in makeup artistry or retail is preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an advantage.
