Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Learning, Development & Culture Business Partner to lead our Learning & Development team in Manchester. The role will involve developing a forward-looking Leadership & Management Development program for colleagues across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a portfolio of modern training courses and blended learning activities focused on technical, professional, and soft skills.
  • Conduct regular Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) across the business, reporting findings and recommending bespoke solutions.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Learning & Development, Quality, and Academy teams, providing support, guidance, and development.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the business and external partners.
  • Measure and evaluate the business impact of L&D interventions and produce informative reports.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in HR, L&D, PgCE, DTTLs, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of managing and motivating L&D teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in designing and implementing training courses and blended learning activities.
  • Awareness of current thinking around learning, development, and pedagogical approaches.
