Travel Operations & Admin Executive

Our client, a leading provider of Gullet Cruises, Small Ship Cruises, and Cruise and Stay Holidays, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Admin Executive to join their team in a fully home-based role. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the travel industry, strong administration and customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively with autonomy and as a team player.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Book and confirm hotels, transfers, tours, or any other necessary components with overseas suppliers.
  • Send final confirmations to clients and verify that deposits have been charged and accurately entered on the system.
  • Monitor upcoming departures and follow up with clients who have outstanding balances.
  • Email travel documents to clients.
  • Manage back-office paperwork between the TTA head office and the company.
  • Coordinate weekly administrative tasks requested by TTA.
  • Assist clients in resolving any overseas problems efficiently and promptly.
  • Support the team with sales and enquiries as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous travel industry experience is essential.
  • Strong administration and customer service skills are required.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Diligent, reliable, and excellent communicator.
  • Able to work effectively with autonomy and as a team player.
