As an Operations Officer with Signature Aviation Limited, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport base. This includes coordinating with aircraft operators, travel organizers, airport authorities, third-party suppliers, aircrew, passengers, and relevant authorities to manage the arrival and departure of our clients' aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with aircraft operators and travel organizers to coordinate flight schedules and ground handling services
  • Work closely with airport authorities and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a smooth transition through our facility
  • Manage the refueling process, including training and certification
  • Hold a valid HGV license and be IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV license
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work flexible hours within a shift pattern
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Additional languages are desirable but not essential
