Job Overview
Menzies Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This role is responsible for reporting daily sales and stock figures to suppliers, producing daily and periodic reports, and maintaining flight and sales volume data.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and record daily sales and stock data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and distribute daily and periodic reports to stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of flight and sales volume data.
- Coordinate logistics and communication with suppliers and customers.
- Provide administrative support to site management, including recording HSE incidents and maintaining site records.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as required, including updating operational activity trackers and completing site purchase requests.
Requirements
- High standard of numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of awareness of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies and procedures.
