Daily Life Enrichment Facilitator

We are seeking a Daily Life Enrichment Facilitator to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with complex physical disabilities and health needs. Your role will involve assisting pupils with their daily needs, providing stimulating activities, and working closely with teaching/supervisory staff/therapists to ensure the highest level of care and support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist pupils with their daily routine, including meal times and personal care.
- Develop and implement engaging activities to promote learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Prior experience working with SEN Children and Adults (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
