Scheme of Work Delivery

We require a skilled Learning Coach for Health Sciences to deliver our Health and Social Care Scheme of Work, ensuring that all students can achieve their potential.

The successful candidate will teach and adjust the Scheme of Work as needed, employing a range of teaching and learning strategies to meet individual student needs.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Teaching and adjusting the Health and Social Care Scheme of Work based on student needs.
  2. Using a variety of teaching and learning strategies to engage and support students.
  3. Monitoring and evaluating learning activities to ensure effectiveness.
  4. Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet individual student needs.
  5. Maintaining good order and discipline in the classroom and contributing to College-wide behaviour management.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A recognised teaching qualification or currently working towards one.
  • Strong knowledge of teaching, learning, and behaviour management strategies.
  • Experience working with young people, particularly those with complex needs.
  • Ability to adapt teaching styles and resources to meet individual student needs.
