**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Care Training and Recruitment Manager to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and delivering in-person care certificate training to our dedicated care team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process from application to onboarding for all new hires.
  • Deliver in-person Care Certificate training to ensure all employees meet compliance standards.
  • Provide ongoing development and support to the care team.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in training and recruitment within the care sector.
  • Knowledge and experience in delivering compliance and Care Certificate training.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in care and/or training.
