Elderly Care Home Manager

Purosearch is currently working with a prestigious elderly care provider to find an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager for their nursing home in the Aylesbury and High Wycombe area, Buckinghamshire.
We are looking for a skilled Nursing Home Manager who can manage and develop this wonderful nursing home. The home is fully compliant and has a strong local reputation.
The care home offers nursing and residential care to older people, including those with frailty and dementia. We require a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care. Our ideal candidate will have previous home management experience and a solid understanding of nursing and elderly care.

Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and develop the nursing home to provide high-quality care to residents.
- To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a good reputation.
- To lead a team of care staff and promote a culture of excellence.
- To develop and implement plans to improve resident outcomes.
Requirements:
- RGN or RMN Nurse qualification preferred but not essential.
- Strong care home management skills and experience of managing compliant care homes.
- Excellent understanding of quality, compliance, and regulations within a care setting.
- Commercially aware and possess strong sales and marketing skills.
- Strong CQC knowledge.
Salary and Benefits:
Up to £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
