About the Job: We are recruiting a qualified Caretaker to join our team at Dovetail and Slate. This role involves maintaining the site's outdoor spaces and performing general upkeep tasks, as well as assisting with maintenance, development, and project plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the site's outdoor spaces and performing general upkeep tasks.
  • Preparing maintenance, development, and project plans with the Head of Estates.
  • Handling goods in and portering tasks.
  • Conducting health and safety checks.

Requirements:
  • Experience in estates management or caretaking.
  • Familiarity with DIY projects.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.

What We Offer: A competitive salary of £25,500 - £26,500 per annum (based on a 37-hour working week), plus a range of benefits including excellent training and development opportunities.
