We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Support Team Administrator to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Clinical Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our Ickworth Lodge Reception Area.
Main Responsibilities- Provide a welcoming and efficient reception service to our service users and clinical staff.
- Support doctors, nurses, and clinicians with entering and maintaining information to service user records.
- Manage diaries and appointments, process referrals, and maintain documentation.
- Attend team meetings and take minutes as required.
- Previous administration and telephone experience.
- Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NHS pension scheme.
- Comprehensive in-house and external training programs.
- Career progression opportunities.
- Starting annual leave of 27 days per annum, increasing to 33 days pa based on length of service.
