Join Our Team as a Boutique Manager at Jo Malone London

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Boutique Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors and achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leadership of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute in-store events and promotions
Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
