About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Cabin Crew team as a Cabin Crew Member. As a Cabin Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew by following established procedures and protocols.
- Participate in pre-flight and post-flight activities, including safety briefings and cabin checks.
- Collaborate with other crew members to ensure a smooth and efficient flight operation.
- Provide assistance to passengers with special needs, such as those with disabilities or medical conditions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Fluency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and crew.
- Ability to pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical and meet the physical requirements of the role.
