Physiotherapist - Acute Medical Unit

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. As a member of our REACT team, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and developing discharge plans for patients who present to the front door of the hospital.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nursing staff, and Clinical Support Workers. Our team provides high-quality assessments and rehabilitation plans to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients with complex and diverse presentations, taking into account their social needs outside of the hospital.
Participate in simple and complex rehabilitation and contribute to its function.
