About the Role

The Student Achievement Tutor role is a vital part of our Student Achievement Team, which is responsible for delivering tutorials and enrichment across various subject areas. This team supports learners in achieving their goals, developing personal skills, and preparing them for their next steps, both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage with young people, facilitate group discussions, and explore key issues affecting them. This includes personal concerns, safeguarding topics, and local and national themes. The successful candidate will build relationships within the college and work effectively with external agencies and stakeholders.
