Executive Compensation Director

At WTW, we're seeking a seasoned professional to join our Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice as a Director. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in developing business and delivering projects across various regions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement executive compensation and incentive programs for clients
- Nurture business networks across different business lines and geographies
- Lead a team of junior and mid-level colleagues
- Partner with clients and other practices to drive added value within broader rewards topics
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global market leader and contribute to the development of our department plans and long-term functional and segment strategy. As a Director in our ECBA practice, you'll have the chance to further develop, coach, and mentor talent to improve team performance, while building and developing diverse teams.
