Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Analyst to join our team at Goodman Masson. As a Senior Research Analyst - Soft Commodities Expert, you will be responsible for managing a comprehensive data set, transforming it into actionable reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns in the soft commodities market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with global networks of agronomists and origin specialists to ensure research accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative ways to predict future market movements
  • Communicate complex data insights to traders and customers through clear and actionable reports
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments and trends to inform research and analysis

Requirements

  • Experience in soft commodity research, with a strong focus on coffee and/or soft commodities
  • Relevant degree in agriculture, economics, mathematics, or a similar quantitative field
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to travel internationally
