We are seeking an experienced Beauty Counter Manager to join our team at The Boots Company PLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and developing and implementing business plans.
About the RoleThis role involves working closely with our store manager and general manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, providing personalized consultations, and delivering sales targets.

To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A passion for makeup, skincare, and the No7 brand
- Experience leading and motivating a team

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous employee discount on our own brands and partner businesses, holiday entitlement that increases with length of service, and a discretionary annual bonus scheme.
