Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to manage our workshop efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, prioritizing workloads, and communicating with customers regarding job completion and product support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for booking workshop jobs.
  • Efficiently schedule workshop jobs in an electronic calendar system.
  • Prioritize and organize workloads to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate with customers regarding job completion and promote product support services.
  • Proactively engage with customers to expand business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records, including requesting order numbers when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Cultivate strong teamwork and individual working skills.
  • Leverage expertise in a service background across HGV, plant, or agricultural machinery sectors.

Compensation Package:

The salary for this position is estimated at $32,000.00-$37,000.00 per year, depending on experience. This includes a company-sponsored pension plan, employee discounts on company products, and convenient on-site parking facilities.
