About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Adult Care Team Leader to join our team at Hazel House. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for the wellbeing of our occupants, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chaperone occupants to appointments and activities
  • Complete relevant paperwork and undertake household tasks
  • Administer medication where necessary
  • Lead, train and develop new and existing support workers within your team
  • Work closely with the deputy manager to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable team

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
  • Previous experience in a similar setting with ambition to progress
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
