Payroll and HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, as well as providing administrative support to the Human Resources department.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently using ADP software, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Collect and verify employee time and attendance data from various departments.
  • Resolve any payroll inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the current timesheet platform, Zoho Forms, ensuring its accuracy and functionality.
  • Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks, including correspondence, personnel records management, and system updates.
  • Provide support for meetings and events as needed.
  • Manage the company's sickness policy, initiating required actions and documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Operations staff in the absence of HR personnel.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as requested.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with payroll processing software and a strong understanding of relevant regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and accounting software is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
