In2Consult is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is a permanent vacancy with a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum and a hybrid working arrangement of three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Data Preparation: Prepare French and global payroll data for processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Execute data entry, data corrections, mass uploads, and other tasks to maintain payroll systems.
  • Timekeeping Verification: Verify timekeeping records and consult with managers and employees to resolve discrepancies.
  • Off-Cycle Pay: Run remote and calculate off-cycle pay checks as needed.
  • Payroll Audits: Perform audits and validations of payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Issue Resolution: Escalate and resolve payroll issues with root cause analysis and corrective action.
  • Payroll Information Management: Ensure timely preparation, processing, maintenance, and distribution of payroll information, reports, and related working instructions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive performance improvement projects to enhance payroll processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure payroll execution aligns with company, country, federal, state, local, and other applicable compliance requirements.
  • Team Support: Support the Payroll Shared Services Team and Manager with day-to-day duties.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Participate in ongoing vendor internal process improvement initiatives.
