Senior Practitioner

We are seeking a Senior Practitioner to join our team at Tripod Social Care, with a focus on community development and neighbourhood experience.
As a Senior Practitioner, you will work with diverse stakeholders, utilizing your strong interpersonal and communication skills to support vulnerable individuals and promote social change.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification, registration with Social Work England, and experience in statutory social work functions, including safeguarding and support.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively with teams to develop and implement community-based initiatives
- Providing support and guidance to individuals and families in need
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders and partners
