Senior Practitioner Opportunity

Tripod Social Care is seeking experienced Senior Practitioners with a background in Neighbourhood or Community work to join our team.

As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for working with diverse stakeholders to deliver high-quality social work services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering statutory social work functions, including safeguarding and support.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Conducting assessments and developing support plans to promote independence and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in statutory social work functions, including safeguarding and support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
