Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct line management, support, and guidance to your team to ensure the effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of practitioners delivering health and wellbeing interventions
  • Provide direct line management, support, and guidance to your team
  • Allocate caseloads, manage complex cases, and support team development
  • Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Support the Service Manager in ensuring data accuracy and submission deadlines

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a Health or Justice setting
  • Knowledge of substance misuse and low-level mental health issues
  • Demonstratable experience of carrying out risk assessments and comprehensive assessments
  • Significant experience of carrying out psychosocial interventions and motivational interviewing techniques
  • Thorough knowledge of and commitment to the 12-step process of recovery from addiction
