Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain telecommunication tower infrastructure, including antennas, cables, and transmission equipment.
  • Inspect and repair tower components to ensure they are operational.
  • Terminate telecommunications cables of various types and sizes.
  • Conduct regular site surveys to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of tower operations and manage inventory.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a telecoms environment.
  • Familiarity with working at height and knowledge of rigging specifications for major networks.
  • Previous experience as a 2nd Man/person in telecom installations, including antennas, feeders, and cable terminations.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
