Telecommunications Engineer

Our client, a leading company in Quinton, is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Engineer to join their team. As a Telecommunications Engineer, you will work closely with a dedicated team to provide exceptional technical expertise and customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the technical lead on installation projects.
  • Liaise with customers and 3rd party IT professionals to ensure quality delivery and support of solutions.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation on system installation and support procedures.
  • Provide customer training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years IT or Telecoms support experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and online.
  • Ability to track and keep projects on schedule, manage tight deadlines, and shift priorities at a moment's notice.
  • Full UK driving license.

Telecommunications Solutions:

Experience or knowledge of telecommunications solutions including call center and call recording applications (e.g., Gamma Horizon, Microsoft Teams, Splicecom, Wildix, and NEC) – full training provided where necessary.
