Branded Supply Chain Planner

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for supply chain management? Do you have a strong understanding of logistics and a keen eye for efficiency? We are seeking a skilled Branded Medical Supply Chain Planner to join our team at fish4.co - Jobboard.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement production plans to maximize sales and service while minimizing costs.
- Collaborate with production, hygiene, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate with external parties, including customers, hauliers, and suppliers, to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Monitor progress against production plans and make adjustments as needed.
- Assist in maintaining sufficient inventory levels and liaise with 3rd parties regarding collections.
- Implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency and planning.
- Establish robust processes for effective running during weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Organized, methodical, and conscientious approach to work.
- Structured and solution-focused mindset.
- Shows initiative and is thorough with attention to detail.
- Resilient and demonstrates courage, openness, and honesty in dealings.
- Flexible salary based on experience.
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
- Working hours: 7am - 5pm.
- Location: Leicester site.
- Pension: 5%.
- Holidays: 26.5 days including public holidays.
