Job Title: Business Development Manager - Holiday Lettings

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Cracking Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and winning new business across the area, working closely with property owners to promote and sell our excellent branding to their properties as holiday lets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a sales strategy to identify and source new clients
* Build relationships with estate agents and other key suppliers to generate referrals
* Self-generate leads and convert warm leads to deliver results and sales targets
* Work closely with our team to deliver results and sales targets

Requirements:

* Proven experience in business development and sales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic salary with uncapped OTE on average earning circa £45k - £50k
* Fully expensed company car
* 25 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays with additional ad hoc sales incentives
