This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Services Manager to join our team in the North of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical services across all CCEP sites in the UK.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of Site Facilities Managers, Supervisors, and operatives to deliver technical service delivery across all CCEP sites in the UK.
  • Provide assurance of contractual and statutory compliance and identify areas of technical risk.
  • Manage compliance and ensure it is fully up-to-date from respective Facilities Managers/supervisors.
  • Oversee external sub-contractors and professionals following company contractor management processes.
  • Ensure staff performance is managed through performance appraisals, disciplinary proceedings, and grievances.
