Job Title: Commercial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our team at Kier Group. As a Commercial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial team in the delivery process of two-stage or single-stage opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the commercial team in regular financial reporting, processing, and administration of applications for payment upstream and downstream.
  • Interrogate job cost information in Oracle to ensure all works undertaken are correctly charged to our clients.
  • Liaise with the appropriate Quantity Surveyor, Contract Manager, or others within the project team to obtain supporting information where necessary to enable the evidencing of Application for Payment details.
Requirements:
  • Ideal but not mandatory experience in the use of Asite (or similar) document and contract management software.
  • IT/Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate high standards of integrity and organization.
