Job Title: Commercial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our Building Solutions Team in Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the commercial team in preparing regular financial reports and process applications for payment.
  • Interrogate job cost information in Oracle to ensure accurate charging to clients.
  • Liaise with the project team to obtain supporting information for Application for Payment details.

Requirements:

  • Experience in using Asite or similar document management software (ideal but not mandatory).
  • Strong IT and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate high standards of integrity and organization.
