Commercial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our Building Solutions Team in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the commercial team in preparing regular financial reports and process applications for payment.
- Interrogate job cost information in Oracle to ensure accurate charging to clients.
- Liaise with the project team to obtain supporting information for Application for Payment details.
Requirements:
- Experience in using Asite or similar document management software (ideal but not mandatory).
- Strong IT and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate high standards of integrity and organization.
