Your New RoleAs a Commercial/Sales Administrator, you will be involved in the quoting and ordering process for customers, many of whom are repeat clients. You will join a happy and supportive team, working in an office-based role with plenty of product training. It is essential that you are inquisitive and open to learning.
Key Responsibilities- Producing quotes and raising orders
- Following up on quotations and ensuring customers have everything they need for a project
- Attending production meetings and liaising with the technical team
- Ensuring accurate pricing is achieved
- Taking responsibility for projects from beginning to end
- Customer liaison with regard to progress and delivery
You will need solid administration experience and be comfortable working within Excel. First-class communication skills, an excellent standard of written and verbal English and Maths, and the ability to work autonomously are essential. You will also need to be confident, inquisitive, and eager to succeed.
