Windsor Forest College Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Head of Department for Maths and Engineering.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Maths and Engineering curriculum, ensuring that it is innovative, engaging, and meets the needs of students.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Maths and Engineering curriculum, ensuring it is aligned with national standards and requirements.
- Lead a team of teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated curriculum.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of leading a department or team in a educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of Maths and Engineering curriculum and national standards.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
