Key Responsibilities- Teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children, focusing on individual learning targets and promoting teamwork.
- Provide pastoral care to children, promoting their social and emotional development.
- Keep track of children's progress and report back to parents.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching Year 3 students and preparing them for SATs exams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent academic results.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, resilience, and a passion for teaching.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.
